Pretty hotel overlooking garden, we had a quite comfortable experience here. The staff were helpful and nice and always had a smile. The room was decent sized and offered a work desk, multi-channel TV and a dining area. It was a particularly good location for us, not far from both the old town, the centre of Carcassonne and restaurants and the famous chateau.

This was an amazing location just off a quiet residential area within a couple of minutes walk of restaurants and the famous chateau. Lovely looking gardens and castle. Our wheelchair accessible room with a nice breakfast, coffee-maker, for instance was ready. the staff was nice, always on hand when needed.

Close to the Medieval City and town center. Nice terrace with mini fridge and coffee machine. Breakfast with fresh homemade products. Heated pool and private parking. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in room. Sun loungers for sunbathing. Artistic history presented in a book.
I loved everything, what's not to love?

Our stay at this place was mind-blowing! The garden annexe room was super, with a beautiful decoration and a jaw-droppingly clean layout. The charming host provided helpful tips, and we loved the outdoor dining area, swimming pool, and free wi-fi. The room had a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and there were even cots available. We felt like welcomed guests, rather than just another client. We can't wait to go back for a longer stay!
